by commissioning me, it means you're accepting all my terms.

General

1 Do not claim the work as your own, Please always credit me for the art.
2 Do not claim the work as your own. Please always credit me for the Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the Client is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use.
3 If you have a deadline, please let me know with at least a week of anticipation.
4 I reserve the right to refuse the commission for any reason.
5 The Client reserves the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
6 The client may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
7 Do not use my artwork for AI, NFT.

Payment

Payments must be processed through VGen Payment System.
50% payment is required to start the artwork.
All listed prices are for personal use only (as decoration on a web page, pfp, header, etc.) you can upload it to the internet but you must give credits.

Procedure

It depends on characters complexity, but I take from a week to a month to finish a commission.
I usually send the WIP (sketch) once it get approved I continue with the process till I finish.

Usage & Copyright

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
Commercial rights: x2 multiplier of the base price.
